Anny Vexeer - Industry Liaison and Communications

Anny Vexler has worked in the UK wine trade for over five years. Her roles have included front-of-house, as well as buying and sales for a London-based importer and retailer. After a few years she moved into marketing, communications and PR consultancy. She is currently working for Westbury Communications, where she advises generic wine bodies and individual wineries on how to succeed in the UK market. Anny is passionate about sustainability and conservation, and has long believed in the importance of preserving old vines and local winemaking culture. She splits her time between London and Portugal, and is lucky enough to be based near Colares, one of Portugal’s historic old vine regions.
